Will the cream help red skin? Also, timeline..

I bought the whitening cream because I suddenly have two lines of discoloration on my inner thighs (I'm assuming due to them rubbing together during my new, fairly active job), but I also have a very red face. Do you think the whitening cream will help to lighten a red face, or just make it more irritated? (my oil glands don't work)
Back to the inner thighs, do you think it's possible to see results in 3 weeks? I know it depends on skin type, but I'm curious if 3 weeks is even remotely realistic, as I am in a rush to get rid of it before my boyfriend gets leave from the military to come see me.
Answer:
Hi K, skin whitening products only treat dark spots, not red skin. Red skin indicates some fresh skin and if you use skin lighteners which induces skin peeling, it might make it sore.
3 weeks is doable, and possible to get some improvement for dark inner thighs if the whitening cream works well for you. Just remember to best apply at bedtime and wear loose clothing to help hasten the process.
