Why are there two separate types of bleaching soaps?

I can see that there are two different brand and im leaning towards diana stadler but what is the difference. I am Black ( 16 skin tone) and i want to get down to a 14/13. Which one do yo think will have the most potency for my skin type? thanks.

Hi Vicky, Dermaline and Diana Stalder skin whitening products , although 2 different brands, are both equally potent, and either one may work for you. Feel free to try one of them - and choose the Papaya Kojic Soap as your lightening soap. :)
