Whitening soap not working

i ve been using the skin whitening soap about a month and its not working y that? do i need to get the cream to ?

The reason why you're not seeing an improvement is because the soap does not work well with your specific skin type, but some need more time to see results. If you still have some soap left, use it. Remember once a day usage is fine, best at bedtime, then wear sunscreen at daytime. You should experience some sort of dryness, itching, peeling. Feel free to add a whitening cream to your regimen if you wish to try how it will react to your skin this time.
