Whitening for dark line after surgery

Hi, i make a surgery before 3years and the line become dark so i get to doctor for whitening so she used a chemical cream which i feel same my skin is burning then she remove it after 5days my burn skin removed but the area become more dark . So ,, i need somthing treat the burn area it is dark now.
