Hi Fernando, there are no known foods to whiten skin, but there are foods to make skin brighter and glowing, which manifests the effect of whiter skin. Eat dark fruits and berries because these are good antioxidants that can get rid of toxins in the body and keep skin blemish-free.
Other healthy foods that can help are vegetables, nuts, whole cereals, and lots of water to keep toxins out of the body and manifest a brighter complexion.
