whitening cream came brown

i ordered the whitening cream from you guys from last year around september 2008.and stop using it after my skin got lightened.and now that im ready to use it again i opened the jar and its browned.what happened to it?is it still safe to use and will it still be effective if i use it?hope to hear from you soon.thanks!

Hi Kelly, the whitening cream tends to change to a darker color because of the frequent opening of the jar due to oxidation. This affects the potency minimally, but some prefer to buy a new one also because the constant contact with the fingers can also cause some bacterial formation especially if the jar remains closed for a long time.
