white scars on tan skin

I have really bad scars on my arms and legs that are pure white and dark around the edges that can be seen very easily and to make matters worse, I got a tan from playing tennis and my skin got really dry and patchy. I wish to get my soft white skin back and get rid of these scars cheaply, and easily. Can you help?

Hi Meg, the skin whitening product may not affect the white-toned scars but can lighten the surrounding dark area. This way, it can even out the tone to your original lighter skin color.
