White dots on my legs and hands. Dark knuckle, arms and toes
by Angela
(Tanzania)
Hi Maria, I have been using skin lightening products which contained hydroquinone for a long period of time, I stopped and started using other lightening creams which most of them did not work.
For the past 4 months my skin got bad and started getting discoloration and I got white dots on my legs and hands, my feet and arms got darker, my knuckles got very very dark so did my toes as well.
I got a kojic acid product which I have been using now for the past 3 months and it seems to work, my white dots have completely faded on my hands and have reduced significantly on my legs, however my knuckles and toes are still very dark and I still have discoloration on my legs where some parts are lighter and smooth and some are darkish, the same on my face.
I never used to wear make up before but now I have to because my face's tone is not even. I also got a few pimple spots which I got at around August when i was changing creams a lot.
The problem is this Kojic acid cream is making my skin very sensitive although I am still using it since I still do not have the right product, it makes my skin itchy, redish and at times it swells.
I came across your site during my search for the best skin whitening products and chose The Diana Stalder Black Lightening Kit, Licorice soap for maintanance, Deo Roll-on for my inner thighs, armpits and but (will use it with the cream as well). I chose these because the Kojic product I am using now has given me the skin tone I want but still uneven as described above, so I wanted some thing that will keep my skin where it is now but more clear and even and since my skin is sensitive then I thought it is better to use the black lightening kit. Will it work for me?
Note: the climate where I leave is humid and hot (around 34 degrees centigrade everyday and mostly sunny

Answer:
Hi Angela, thank you for sharing your story. My hopes are as high as yours that the Diana Stalder skin whitening products will work for you, as your results will be unique depending on your skin sensitivity.
Rest your skin from the last skin whiteners you've used for at least 1 week before switching to Diana Stalder products. This is to allow the previous skin whitening ingredients to fade away so your skin will be more receptive to the new Diana Stalder skin lighteners.
Since your weather is hot and humid, make sure you wear a tleast SPF45 or higher sunscreen daily, especially between 9am-5pm.
Remember that thicker-skinned areas such as feet, knuckles, etc can take time to lighten. It is your patience and consistency that will be the key to successful skin lightening. :)
