Which skin lightening treatment is best for skin tone 9?

Hi, I came across your site and found it interesting. I'm 53, Hispanic brown and my arms and hands have gotten so dark due to sun exposure with the everyday drive. My chest and area are so so much lighter and if I wear a sleeveless dress it looks funny how my arms and chest look much lighter than my arms.

Based on your chart, I would say my body, especially my hands and arms, are about a 9.

I was thinking about using the DE Black Soap/Lotion/25gm Kit. Would that be the right one to use. Although I would like to use a stronger treatment, I'm afraid because my skin is sensitive. Does it take longer if I use the milder treatment to see results?
