which mouisturizer is best for dry dark skin

hi... my name is vasudha, my skin type is dry skin, Earlier my skin is very fair but now i notice some darkness in my face and also some black spots,I am very much confused which fairness cream should i use,at present i am using shannaz cream shafair is that good cream,please advice me which cream is best for my skin.

If you've just started on using your present fairness cream, give it a little more time to see if it will work for you. Four to eight weeks will be a good measure if it will show good results.
