Which Cream works the best on black skin- Diana stalder or Dermaline Cream?

I don't know which cream I should order. I want to become 3 shades lighter in the fastest time possible. Which cream works better on black skin- I mean based on the comments or testimonies you've received from your customers? Also, I live in Canada, if I choose non-US shipping, how soon will i get it?
