What's the right thing to use to get rid of my freckles?

So I have searched and searched on the internet for years (quite literally) for something that is safe to get rid of my freckles, and this seems perfect-it's such a good price and I love the way we get guidance, but will it work for me?

My freckles last all year but do come out most in the sun and I really really more than anything else in the world want them ot go away. Is this the right site to be on? x
