what is the strongest bleaching cream?

My face is light but my neck and arms and chest are really dark i was born black light skin male but got darker as i grew up.

what is the strongest skin lightener that i can use cause i have tried from topiclear, 7miracles, ultraglow, regge lemon gel and for some reason it seems to have a stronger affect on face so i stopped applying it and moved strictly to my body and for some reason hasn't been workin.

i have been using these skin whitening products on my body for quite some time now 3/4 months and still hasn't worked... I am a jr in high school and all im asking is please help?

Hi Brandon, avoid using strong skin lighteners because of your young skin. Sometimes, faster results do not mean it is best for your type of skin. A gradual slow process is more appropriate for you because strong bleachers can ruin some or all parts of your skin.

Success in skin lightening will depend on using the skin lighteners properly, plus the right sunscreen. Skin lighteners will lighten skin, sunscreen will keep it that way.

For you, try the Diana Stalder Black Soap as your regular bath soap. It is mild, and most importantly 'skin-friendly', for the young. :)
