What is the best skin whitening brand for me?

I have oily to normal skin with small visible pores and blemishes on my chin area due to acne breakout. I want to begin my skin lightening regimen and found your site exciting and motivating. I used Likas Papaya soap but it made my face itch, but bearable.

Please tell me what brand between the two would work best for my skin. Also, i have an 11yr old daughter who would also benefit from this also. Would this be safe for her to use inluding the skin whitening pills?
