How can I purchased the skin whitening product by mail? What if it that whitening cream didnt work for me can I refund my payment for that?

Hi Joyce, we accept Western Union, money orders or moneygram if you don't have a credit card to purchase online. The instructions are at the bottom of the page where you saw the skin whitening products.

Our refund only covers product cost, less shipping expenses, because all postage fees cannot be refunded by the postal office.
