Hi Maria, it's me again and i just bought the Glutathione soap, the black soap, cream, lotion and toner by Diana Stalder. i have a lot of questions on how to use it. so i just want to apologize ahead of time. so here it goes...i was wondering if you can help me and letting me know the best way to use these products to achieve fast lightening effect

1.)i was planning on using the Glutathione for my daily body wash and the black soap for my facial wash. how long should i keep the soap on my body and face before washing it off?

2.) i usually take a shower in the morning and at night can i use the glutathione soap twice a day? and the black soap for my face twice a day as well? is that a good idea to do?

3.) also i have dark spots (scars) all over my legs because of my carelessness when i was a kid so now i cant even wear shorts or skirts because of it ( i actually used the fair and flawless product but it only lightened the area round the dark sport but not the dark brown spot so that was wierd and i discontinued it hopefully the cream won't do the same i'll try to upload a picture of my problem skin) can i use the cream twice a day on that area? and since you recommend to use the cream twice a day on dark knees, elbows and nuckles do i need to wash those area twice a day too with the soap that i bought before i put on the cream?

4.) once i get out of the shower i plan put the lightening lotion on all over the body, how long should i wait until i put the cream on the areas that are dark like my legs (scars), knees and so on

Thank you so much for your time. i'm glad that i saw your page becasue i've been struggling on treating the scars on my legs but nothing worked at all :-( i went to a dermatologist and have it lasered and they gave me bleaching cream but it's still dark and very noticable i went in and out from the dematologist office fo 6 months with no improvement at all. i bought countless of prodects to whiten the spots but still no improvemetn (maybe a little) but it is still noticable. I have never worn shorts or skirts on because of my legs. I'm going back to the philippines in a year and i want to go to the beach without any worries but i cant do that because of my legs. i hope your products work.

Hi Hana, let me answer your questions as you numbered them -

1. You can leave it on for 2-10 minutes depending on how much time you have.

2. The black soap is ok for 2x a day, but at night time without leave-on time, just as a facial wash. The Glutathione soap is a stronger soap, so try using 2x a day for the body, then if some stinging occurs, reduce to once a day use. Be attentive to thin and sensitive areas like the underarms, inner thighs and neck.

3. You don't need to wash the dark spots on legs 2x a day, unless you do shower morning and night. It's not a sensitive area so it's safe to wash with the whitening soap or apply the cream 2x a day.

4. You can apply the whitening cream right away after the lotion because you are putting a more concentrated formulation on top of the lotion. But avoid on the whitening cream on sensitive areas like underarms and inner thighs since you've applied the lotion on them already, if at all.
