Unhappy customer

I used these products as i had been instructed last year, the results were good after some time my skin started drying up so fast yet i was using a very rich moisturizer, am African american with dark skin aged 23,my skin started getting wrinkles and lost colour became very dark coupled to it sagging i lost my young look, now even after a couple of months i still look older than i really am!!! still very angry didnt know that my quest for a spot free skin could cost me my baby face maria you promise heaven on earth yet your products do otherwise i doubt you've even used them on your skin!! but you're just interested in money without a care in the world about what you're doing to other people....VERY SAD, how i wish you would show our messages coz i dont think everyone is happy, the more one is fair the more she gains. THESE PRODUCTS ARE NOT FOR AFRICAN AMERICANS PLEASE. We are a group of people that used your products and have been sending you messages that you dont even show we are very concerned and are going to spread the message further if you donot stop with your lies.

Hello there, first I have to edit your subject title 'WONDERS' as obviously, that is not your actual message. Your post, as you can see above, has not been edited whatsoever, to show you we can bare reality and be transparent in all possible reactions our skin whitening products can have for all types of skin.

Secondly, we do not hide negative comments on this site. This, your post, is one proof. If you are this same person whom I responded to a few days back, the reason why you would think that we don't show these types of comments is because you didn't provide your email address to notify you that your submitted comment has been posted online. And I'm not sure when you would see this as well, considering we have thousands of posts to search through.

Another section of our site exhibiting possible negative reactions with our products is on this page about our customers' progress and updates while doing their regimen.

The phenomenon of skin care products, to include skin whiteners, is that there is no guarantee that it will work for you. But it can. See the difference?

If you are focusing on African American skin, the concrete fact is that any skin whitening product, be it our brand or not, may or may not work for any ethnic class. What works for another, does not mean you'll have the same effect.

And yes, it does work on African American skin as well, as manifested by these before and after photos, given by real, genuine people. Needless to say, it can work for me (yes, I still use our products) or somebody else.

You see, different reactions, negative or positive, are not solely caused by the skin care product you are using. Even the most expensive high-end brands may be your worst nightmare.

It all depends on your skin sensitivity.

That is just how things are and how things work.

I understand your rant because of frustration but there is no need to be livid and accusive, especially if these are not true. But if posting your submission will make you feel a little better, then it's ok. I'm really fine by it. :)

I just hope that you see beyond what I'm trying to impart to you. We believe in positive energy. Have you ever wondered why testimonials on merchants sites only show positive comments?
