uneven skin tone

hi mam, i have uneven skin tone. neck and hands has tan and on my abdomen where i tie knot for pant there it is black around my abdomen and its shame to where saree for me for events. i am unmarried, 23 age. please tel me a remedy for that. and also skin look even colour i.e, even tone on my body.
