Uneven skin colour

Hello, am a nigerian, and over couple of yrs now, I have noticed some discolourations on my face, hands and feet..especially hand and feet. My knuckles (interphalangeal joints) are darker than the rest of the hand..please what can I use to make everything the same colour.

i only use moisturising creams and lotions,like dove, st ives, cocobutter.

Hi Veee, our knuckles are one of the body's thickest-skinned areas. What this means is that lightening dark knuckles can taketime. If the face and other body parts can show an improvement in 2-4 weeks, the knuckles may need more time.
