underarm and front neck brown patches

Hi, I have recently got some light brown patch in front of my neck also under my arms untill where my arm muscles touches the body. Under arms are slightly darker then my front neck brown patch. I am a male and very soon going to get married. Could you please suggest some remedy which will really help me and reduce these patches. I am an Indian man and overall have fair skin. Except the above parts.

Hi Faisal, I understand how exciting, and at the same time stressful, a soon-to-be-married guy can feel. Pls accept my advanced congratulations. :)

The neck and underarms areas are thin and sensitive, so it is best to lighten the discoloration with the Dermaline DE skin whitening creams. Apply once at bedtime. An improvement should be seen in a couple of weeks.
