Ugly spots on my ass

Hi maria , so I have these darks spots on my butt!
It is so gross! Some are just spots but some are bumps and they hurt , I think they may be mosquito bites ? I dont understand why I have so many dark marks ! I think possibly , when I was little girl I had a cat

And she had alot of fleas , and they bite all of ne and my sisters,
So I think possible that could be where the spots are from or minor pimples
Or mosquito bites ? Idk but I want to get rid of then so bad ! Its embarrasing!
I have a nice ass and its embarrassing in the bedroom to show my ass off.
So I always have sex in the dark and say I dont like positions where my man
Can see me ass! I need help , !!now pls !
