Too many years please help me with my dark marks ...

I have had to deal with the marks on my face for years. I am small chest and have a big nose and I am ok with that but I really want to look in the mirror and not see marks. My son thinks I am beautiful even picks girlfriends with marks but my daughter (5 yo) looks at me and says I dont want bumps like you mom and you have a lot. Please help.
