Tips for optimising skin lightening regime for non-responsive areas
by Gazelle
(Australia)
Dear Maria,
This is my third post in the last week. My last one was about "Receiving no answer to my queries". However, I have a burning question and I am really really hoping that this email will reach you. I have no idea why there is was no response to the previous emails as I know you are super efficient with responding and genuinely care about everyone's issues :)
My basic problem at this stage is that some areas of my body (thighs, stomach, and back) don't seem to be lightening to the same level as the other ares, even though I have been doing this for months (using ***edited*** products). I did notice that in some areas of my back, the skin started to peel and then stopped, leaving the peeled area very light and the surrounding area my original tone...which is not a good look lol.
Anyway, can you please give me ideas on what the issues might be and how to over come them.
Thanks
Gazelle
Answer:
Hi Gazelle, I have replied to all your questions on different posts. Our suggestion is after your very first posted question (you were provided the link upon our initial notification), you can submit follow up questions on the "Comments" link below that page, so I can monitor your history and easily suggest solutions and related answers during your skin whitening process.
Unless you submit an email address after you submitted your question, you will not be provided a link to your question/answer after we posted a reply. This is why you've been wondering why your questions have gone unanswered, and you have to scroll through all the FAQ posts, which is very difficult considering the quantity there is, to find your latest post.
So let's start here. After you receive a notification that your question has been posted (this means we have replied to your query), bookmark it (it is your exclusive page provided by us), check the bottom page to see the "Comments" link and submit ALL your follow up questions thereafter.
Now to answer your question today, though we try not to provide answers about other brands because we cannot guarantee nor discredit their efficiency, we just give basic ideas to help you.
For your stubborn dark areas, why don't you use your whitening soap, leave it on skin a bit longer, then using a bath sponge, gently exfoliate any dead skin cells that may be hindering the effects of your favorite whitening product. Do this one time, and another after a week if there is no improvement. Apply the whitening lotion or cream at bedtime (best when skin's damp after night shower or after your exfoliation mentioned earlier), because skin will be at rest, less mobile, and more receptive to skin care products. Increase the application to 2x a day to hasten the results.
Hope that helps.
Maria
