Time to leave on Glutathione soap

by George
(AZ)

Hi Maria, I've been on your skin lightening program for about a month now. I am taking the CB pills, and using the Glutathione soap. When I wash my face and neck, how long should I leave the soap on before rinsing it off? So far, I've been lathering up, and leaving it on until the stinging is almost too much, about 5-10 minutes. Is this too long? Am I doing something wrong?

George

Answer:

Hi George, use the glutathione soap only within your comfort level (though I do love the sting too because it tells me the products are working!), especially if you're just starting to peel. If you have peeled already and have seen an improvement to your liking, reduce the usage (and leave-on time) of the soap to 3-4x a week, then further reducing to 1-2x a week for maintenance.

Maria :)
