there is an unnamed cream coming to india for fairness what is it ?

hi am raj .. am from india .. there is a cream which comes here to india .. it is like a business .. a green colour cream which while applying in the night makes it cool.. and the next day when exposed to sun it our face becomes red.. but after a week you jus become fair.. you have any idea as to what that cream is ?

Sorry Arjun, that cream is not familiar to me considering the influx of different whitening creams in India.
