The Peeling Process

by melissa
(Georgia )

Hi Maria! my name is Melissa, and I'm 19. I've asked a few questions already b/c I can be somewhat skeptical. I was wondering if the peeling process will be drastic or if only small portions of the skin is going to peel?

will the peeling process be minimized depending on how much you moisturize the skin? and how long does the peeling process last? Will i be able to peel of the skin or should i let it fall off itself? I worry to much. haha. but being young and the fact that i go out often, i don't want to scare of my friends or have people look at me funny. please help, thank you!

Answer:

Hi Melissa, the peeling process will be mild, whichever area you use the skin whitening products. And yes, if you moisturize, peeling can subside so feel free to moisturize as needed.

When skin starts to peel, you can VERY gently rub it off with your fingers ONLY during bath or while skin is wet. Do not pull shedding skin off, or that can create blotches during the lightening process. And the peeling period can last for a few days to a week.

Hope that helps. :)

Maria
