Teens getting fed-up with skin

Hey! I'm a 15 year old teenager and i enjoy doing outdoor activity. There's a question i would like you to answer in detail.
I've got problems with my skin. I'm an asian teen and my skin can be rather oily. I sweat alot in the afternoon and my face will become very oily. Any tips for this? Some told me to apply lemon on my face but i'm afraid to apply it as it might not be suitable due to my age.
Another issue that really tensed me up is: HOW CAN I GET FAIRER? I used to be fair, but after years i turn dark. It really makes me feel so insignificant when people all around me is very fair.
I just want some tips that you can share so that i can react faster. What i want is just a fairer body and face. Hope you reply me back/ THANKS!

Hi Vendeatta, if you love outdoor activities, you cannot indulge in a skin whitening regimen. You see, skin lightening involves skin peeling and/or exfoliation which makes skin more sun sensitive, thus will just make skin darker than before.
If you really love the outdoors, enjoy it. However, the price you pay is skin tanning. You can control skin darkening by wearing sunscreen all the time. And if you decide to give it up, then you're ready to start a regimen to bring back your fairer skin tone.
Lemon is too harsh for young skin. It is acidic and drying to the skin if applied directly and alone. Since you're only 15 years old, a skin whitening soap can help gradually lighten skin.
