Surely White Skin lightening cream

i have some questions to ask you before i use it tonight. Can i use different skin toner? After applying the toner, should i damp on my face before apply surely white skin lightening cream every night? should i add coconut oil (moisturizer) to my face after applying the cream?

Hi Latrice, that's a fine regimen but just a small caution for the skin toner because it contains alcohol. Skin lightening products can cause mild skin peeling and the alcohol content of the toner can sting your skin. If this happenes, simply adjust according to your comfort level. :)
