Surely White Cream & Peeling

Hi, regarding your skin whitening cream in the white container - I'm following the Diane Stadler instructions sent with it. I've been waiting for the skin to peel, but it seems it only moisturizes the discoloration, therefore, I need no lotion over it. Yesterday, I forgot to put it on for a few hours after showering and then I noticed a slight peeling. Is this when the peeling is to occur? When the cream is not on for a little while?
