Sunscreen

Does sunscreen prevent or at least block the suns ability to darken you when you are outside? in other words if i apply a high spf sunscreen like neutragena 75 spf for face will it prevent me from getting darker at all?

Answer:

Hello, sunscreen can NOT totally block sun damage, but only control it. Even the highest SPF sunscreen is not an assurance of total protection.

Sun exposure of more than an hour will need re-application of sunscreen to keep skin darkening at a minimum.
