sunscreen & sanitizer

by Anonymous

Hello, i've been using your Diana Stalder skin whitening products and the Gluthione soap for almost 3 weeks (i started on a Wednesday, and i have to say im really impressed at what im seeing so far and im more confident on my goal to lighter skin!! yay!

anyway, i just have a few quick questions...

1) can i use hand sanitizer during my lightening process?
2) do i have to wait 15 minutes to apply sunscreen, after applying the cream and whitening lotion?
3) also, im noticing some peeling on my face, especially on the sides of my mouth...am i using it too much because i also notice that area is darker?
Thanks:)

Answer:

Hello, great you're seeing positive results! :)

Now to answer your questions -

1) Just make sure your hands are clean by washing with soap and water. Sanitizers contain some formulation which might interact with the skin whitening ingredients.

2) At least 5 minutes is fine (15 minutes ideal) to allow the whitening ingredients to be fully absorbed first.

3) The mouth area is thinner-skinned. You can reduce the usage of the skin whitening products on this area to avoid over-peeling or dryness that can lead to the darker 'ashy' look. But don't worry, that should fade away soon.

You're welcome,
Maria

DARK SKIN
by: Anonymous

some lightening products make your skin go darker. i want to buy your product but i really want to make sure that it is safe first. i am dark brown and i just want to go a few shades lighter. not drmatically light as i want it to look as natural as possible. can i control how light i get and during the process of me getting lighter, will my face be scabby?

Answer:

Hello, our skin whitening products do not contain harmful skin whitening ingredients such hydroquinone, mercury or steroid, thus are safe.

However, safety does not rely alone on products. The other part of the equation is proper use, plus minimal sun exposure.

Your skin will get lighter or lightest to the shade it will only allow, so it will depend on your skin sensitivity. Once you see the improvement that you want, you can start maintaining from that point. So yes, you are in control.

The mild skin peeling that you will experience will manifest dry shedding skin, but mild, and not as drastic as a chemical or glycolic peel. This dryness can be easily alleviated by dabbing some moisturizer on it.

Hope that helps.

Maria
