Stubborn dark circles problem

by exasperated.anon
(UK)

Hey Maria :), hopefully you can help me find a solution to this. I've had very prominent dark circles under my eyes all my life which has added years to my looks and even brings about questions if i am ill (these questions come up much too often). Its very frustrationg and humiliating, each time i look in the mirror i feel i look like an ancient sunken eyed fossil or something and because of this i'm pretty self conscious.

I've tried many many dark circle remover creams from chemists (all of which have failed), and researched home remedies on the internet dry. Partially i think its down to bone structure but i o have exceptionally delicate transclucent skin (so perhaps bleaching skin dye is the answer?). I drink lots and lots of water each day and go to bed relatively early on a regular basis..... what can i do!!??

So i'm willing to try skin bleaching/lightening creams but i have no idea where to start, there are so many different kinds and i dont have the time read all the reviews of all of these, or the money to try them all out. I'm willing to pay up to £50 for an effective product with brilliant, true results. Do you have any kind of low down or summary on the business; i really need the help, and it would be hugely appreciated.

I have my highschool formal coming up next week and it would be a dream come true if i could just look fresh and youthful and healthy like everybody else. Thank you for reading and taking the time!

Answer:

Hello there, the eye area is our thinnest and most delicate skin. You may have tried too much and it has affected the condition of your dark circles under eyes. If it's genetic, then you are really faced with something beyond skin deep.

Nevertheless, don't feel bad because stress contributes to worsen your dilemma. Here's more information about dark circle causes and some of its remedies.

You might find something useful from the above link to help you get rid of the problem. You can also try Diana Stalder Black Soap as a mild skin lightening soap for facial use.

HOWEVER, if the black soap helped in lightening the dark circles, it is only a temporary, not permanent, solution. After you see an improvement, make sure you apply a good eye moisturizing cream or dark circles cream to keep it that way. Maintain only with the black soap by using it 1-2x a week.

Hope that makes you feel a little better.

Maria
