stretch marks

thank you so much for getting back to me, but i have yet again one more question pertaining to stretch marks. you did advise me to use a skin whitening product, but the truth is there are so many whitening products on the market. what i want to no is if u have any product that you will suggest i buy to get ride of or decrease the appearance of my stretch marks. since my stretch marks are already way lighter than my skin would it not make the hole area light. because i do think it wold look weird to have a dark body and a white but. and do u think two that after i get a product that gets ride of the marks what will happen then when i go in the sun to get back my dark color. would the stretch marks be visible once again.
Answer:
Hi Golden Bell, if the whitening lotion or soap is applied on stretch marks, yes, it is possible to also lighten the surrounding area. HOwever, if you expose them to the sun, since the stretch marks are actually scarred skin, it is also possible that these can darken more than the rest of the skin.
It is not recommended to expose lightened skin under the sun because it becomes more sensitive to sun exposure. Quite ironic, because skin should be protected with a high SPF sunscreen during and after the skin lightening process.
What you can do is actually the reverse to help even out your skin tone better - skin tanning. Choose a safe method to undergo this.
Good luck. :)
