So I can ask anything...?

by Anonymous

Hi, I know that this has nothing to do with your products in particular even though I am considering ordering them due to the before and after pics...it looks like it works great! :)

But what I wanted to know what whilst using Retina A, will I see some skin lightening? I know it makes me peel but when everything is done peeling, should I have a lighter complexion?

I don't know if I am just seeing things but i feel like I have gotten darker or maybe that's just from dead skin peeling?

Please "shed" some advice :)

Answer:

Hello there, retin-A also has an exfoliation process like mini-skin peeling to exfoliate the dead skin cells and wrinkly epidermis to resurface a fresh skin layer while providing the necessary nutrients for anti-aging. You might also experience some ashy look that tends to make skin look darker, but this should fade away after exfoliation.

Lightening is not really its main purpose, but can exhibit a bit of lighter skin after the topmost layer has been cleared of blemishes. Always protect your skin with sunscreen during your regimen.

Hope that gives you a better idea.

Maria
