And when it is Summertime for my work i sometimes have to be outside for a long while in the sun what is best protect again this while using the skin lightening ?

Answer:

Hi David, if you have fairer skin when you were younger and indulge in a skin whitening regimen, your skin will get lightest to the shade that it will allow, usually closest to how fair you were before.

Normal usage of the whitening soap and lotion are detailed in the instruction sheet that comes with the package when you order, and on the site. For sensitive skin, simply reduce the frequency of application to see if your skin will not react negatively to the product.

Winter doesn't mean the absence of sun damage. Cloudy days are most deceitful, because the sun's rays can penetrate through the clouds and even in the shade. SPF 30 sunscreen during winter is ok during winter, and SPF 45 (the higher the better) during summer is suggested.

Prolonged exposure to the sun or outdoor work is not recommended if you want to use skin lightening products. Skin lightening involves skin peeling which makes skin sun sensitive. Even with the highest SPF of sunscreen, it will NOT totally block sun tanning, only control it. Even if you re-apply sunscreen every hour or two, skin undergoing skin lightening can get darker easily under the sun because of the fresh skin resurfacing in the process.

If your work is a must, I suggest not to use any skin lightener when job requires outdoor work. Resume the process when you're going to stay indoors most of the time.

Maria
