Skin whitening pills or soap or lotion?

by Joy
(Loss)

Hello, I'm really curious to know whether or not skin whitening pills make hands and feet lighter first? & is the results permanent? I also want to know if I want quicker results, should I consider the soaps & lotions or the pills instead?

Answer:

Hi Joy, the skin whitening pills will NOT target the body's target spots first, because it will be an even and general lightening effect. Once you see an improvement on your overall skin tone, it will affect the dark spots too, but slowly.

Usually, the best way to treat dark hands and feet if these are your only concern is to use topical skin lighteners - soap, lotion or cream. Results are faster because these are directly applied on skin.

Remember, skin lightening is similar to any skin care regimen - no permanent results. For ex., when moisturizing dry skin, if you stop moisturizing, wouldn't dry skin be back to being such? It's the same concept.

Hope that gives you a better idea. :)
