skin thinning

hi maria can u plz tell me if the any of the soaps u have ESP the glutathione soap causes skin thinning.. I have used so many steroid creams and made my skin really really white but my skin became very thin and if I would get a scratch, the scar will not go away for even a year.. now I've stopped using that cream, it's been almost a year and I heard ur glutathione soap can be effective for me because it works like a retinoid, constantly exfoliating and drying out skin to make new skin appear and boost collagen.. but to me if my skin is scraping away doesn't that make it thinner? maria plz help with my problem! I am desperate for an answer, I would love to stay white but my most important concern is my skin thinning.. if I accidentally scratch myself with my own fingernail I get a scar for life! it is horrible and need proper help.. plz guide me first how to start reparing my thickness then tell me how to make it light again but I want repair first.. or am I gonna stay like this always?? is this not reversible?? help! thank youu

Hi Yasmine, our skin whitening products do not contain hydroquinone, steroid or mercury. Steroid, in particular, causes skin to thin after long term use. Although our whitening products do induce skin peeling, thinning of skin is not a major side effect, but simply an exfoliation process to remove the dark skin layer and resurface a lighter skin tone.

Stop using steroid-based creams. Let skin heal for at east a month then yu can resume the safer regimen using the right products. :)
