Skin Peeling

by Maha
(Canada)

Hello Maria, I ordered just the skin whitening cream and received it today. I would be using it solely for my underarms. Was wondering if the whitening cream would cause peeling as well. And if yes, when does the peeling start and stop. Thank you.

Answer:

Hi Maha, yes, the whitening cream will induce skin peeling to remove the dark skin layer. Depending on your skin sensitivity, the peeling can occur in a week or so. Once the skin peels, you can reduce the frequency of application until you see the desired results. Maintenance is once a week to keep the darkness from coming back. You see, the underarms is prone to darkening because of friction - constant rubbing against surrounding skin and clothing we wear. :-)

Maria
