Skin looking dry and feeling stretched

by Angie
(UK)

Hi Maria, Hope your well, I discovered your website and the products recently and it gave me hope for a better looking skin.

I am 18 yrs old, have olive skin tone which i would like to even out as it is darker in places like around the mouth, chin and forehead. The texture of my skin is actually really good it's always been nice and soft and looking healthy so i just wanted to even it out and make it a shade lighter or so.

I've been using your Diana Stalder Papaya Kojic Acid Soap for 5 days now, once in the morning and once before bed. When i apply it to my face and massage it around it does not sting but when i wash it off after 2-3 minutes it begins to sting and burn. Also my skin doesnt seem to be peeling instead the skin on my forehead is looking dry, wrinkly and has tiny spots now. Is this normal?

How long will it take for the peeling to begin or is it not necessary for the peeling to take place?

I also have the black soap but i don't feel any irritation with using the black soap. Does that mean it is not working for me?

Would you recommend that i stop using the papaya kojic soap or is it normal for the skin to look dry at wrinkly at first?

And when will the dry and wrinkly skin dissapear? i want my skin to look soft and healthy again therefore im applying almond oil before i go to bed so the dry skin dissapears. what else can i do?

I'm also using the Claire Blanche pills without any problems for the past 5 days. But is it necessary to take Vitamin C tablets aswell?

Also i ordered them first time from this website. Are the ones on ebay genuine and safe to order?

Please help im really worried that my skin may stay dry =S
Thanks

Answer:

Hi Angie, yes the dry and tight feeling are normal because it is preparing the skin to peel. If it's uncomfortable to you, apply your favorite moisturizer (almond oil is fine if it works well for you) after washing with the papaya skin whitening soap. That should alleviate the tightness of the skin. The peeling will soon follow, depending on your skin sensitivity to the product. It may a few days from now.

Peeling will induce fresher skin to resurface and allow the whitening ingredients to take action on the new layer of skin.

The black soap is milder and can manifest a slower result. It is best to use after the skin has peeled with the papaya soap, to target the dark spots better.

Claire Blanche skin whitening pills work best when taken with Vitamin C, which act as the enhance or booster of its glutathione content for faster results.

Sorry, I cannot answer for ebay sellers. We are not familiar with any of them, recommend nor discredit them.

Don't worry, we're just an email away of you have other questions. You are still on the first stage of the skin lightening process and everything seems normal. :)

Maria
