skin lightening for caucasians
by Anonymous
I am caucasian and have a few dark age spots on my face, and some scars from injuries. I don't want to lighten my overall skin color, I just want to have an even skin tone and lighten the dark areas. I also have sensitive skin.
Would any of these products work for me or do they only work on darker skin? Would they lighten my natural skin color, or just the dark spots?
Answer:
Hello, skin lightening can work for all skin types, regardless of race. Hyperpigmentation and/or dark spots spare no one.
Skin lightens on areas where the products are applied. But once you get rid of the dark spots, skin will get back to its original skin tone, minus the dark spots.
Now, the recurrence of the same dark spots depend on your skin sensitivity to sun exposure. It may or may not come back. Therefore it would be wise to wear at least SPF 45 sunscreen during and after the skin lightening process.
What I can suggest for your sensitive skin is Diana Stalder Black Soap and Lightening Cream.
The Black soap is a mild skin lightening soap. Use it for 2-3 days without leave-on time to see if it works well for your sensitive skin. If there is no reaction, you can do the leave-on time between 1-2 minutes before washing it off.
Apply the lightening cream every other day.
If after a week and you feel your skin is able to handle it, you can follow as instructed in the directions provided with the products.
Hope that helps.
