Skin discolouring

Hi, i have had skin discolouring between my thighs for years now, when i first noticed it i was over weight and my thighs rubbed. It is a light brownie colour whch skin lightening product would be the best for my condition?

Also i have medium brown freckles on my arms an chest wear i have been burnt alot from the sun that i would like to fade what would be good for that also.
