Should I use both soap and face cream for best results?

I want to lighten my skin on my face and neck because its very dull and darker then the rest of my body but im confused about wether i should use just the soap or should i use that along with the whitening cream? would the results be better and faster if i used both or would i still get good results with just the soap?

also on ur new website you dont seem to have diana stalder's surely white cream, thats the one i want with the soap if i get it. How can i order that? Please answer asap. Thank You

Hi Birjees, use of a skin whitening soap alone can work alone, but adding a skin whitening cream can enhance the results faster. It's actually your choice.

We apologize if some Diana Stalder products are not available at the store. You can always try Dermaline which are more potent.

Currently, we are also formulating new and better skin whitening creams and will be out in the market very soon! :)

I have been using the dermaline papaya soap every other day now as u directed for about two weeks and it was still burning quite a bit and now i notice that the area right below my lips has gotten very dark. so it ended up darkening parts of my face even more. I had purchased the diana stalder glutathione soap and whitening cream before this and i got great results from it and my skin did not get sensitive. i wanted to reorder that but you dont have it on your new website anymore thats why i ordered dermaline. after getting such bad results from dermaline, i really want to return it and get diana stalder instead, but you are not selling it anymore. why? please bring it back, i really want to get that instead. it suited my skin and was giving me great results.

Hi Birjees, Dermaline products are a bit stronger than Diana Stalder. Obviously, your skin type reacted better with DS. Send me an email so I can suggest something for you.

Thank You for your response to my questions. I ordered the dermaline papaya soap and whitening cream. This is my 4th day of use. Starting from the third time i used it and today i noticed my skin started burning when i used the soap. the first two times i felt the tingling sensation which i know is normal. but the 3rd and 4th time i used it the tingling sensation was a lot more, almost like burning and when i washed my face i saw very light red spots around my mouth and nose area. My skin kept on feeling this way for about 3 minutes and now its just back to a bit of a tingling sensation that doesnt go away until the next morning, I have not started using a proper moisturizer after the soap and cream yet and i can see my skin has started peeling.

is this burning sensation normal? should i stop using it? or is this happening because im not moisturizing my skin with a good moisturizer afterwards. Also the slight redness i see on my face, its sensitive to touch, but it goes back to normal after a few minutes, is that ok? Please respond soon. Thank U

Answer:

Hi Birjees, it's all normal, but you have to reduce usage because your skin seems sensitive. If you look back to the instruction sheet, it says lessen frequency of use if you're uncomfortable with all the normal side effects. That will be your guide, read 2x for best results. :)
