General Shipping and Refund Policy
Our shipping and refund policy will help avoid misunderstandings and wrong expectations. Pls review carefully below.Terms and conditions: * Domestic and international orders will be shipped out every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, after receipt and validation of payment. If you need to cancel your order, or correct/change your shipping address, do it within 24 hours after your purchase. * The seller guarantees all the products sold, but if unsatisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days in its closest original condition for a refund credit less shipping charges. But if return is caused by seller's error, 100% refund will be given, including shipping. * In the case of buyer error - if buyer chooses to cancel his/her order AFTER 24 HOURS from placing the order and it has been shipped out, the requested refund will ONLY COVER the product cost, because the shipping fee has been paid by the seller and postal fees cannot be refunded. * Seller is NOT responsible for lost mail. If www.USPS.com tracking information shows "Delivered" but buyer claims otherwise for the items in question, NO REFUND will be given. NO RE-DELIVERY will take effect. We stand by the proof of delivery by the US Postal Service. We have proof of delivered merchandise, but we do NOT have proof that items are not received. Please understand that we do not have control over one's neighborhood or mailbox conditions. It is your responsibility to claim lost packages from your local post office. * For US shipping, you will receive your products within 3-5 days from date of ship out. For international customers / shipping other than the USA, deliveries can take 1-6 weeks depending on what shipping method you choose. * For FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL MAIL, which has no delivery tracking available, we will NOT re-ship if a package gets lost in transit. The only tracking information you'll find in this method is when the package leaves the USA which proves we delivered your order. However, it never updates to the international destination thereafter. This is the cheapest method to ship your order, so pls choose only if you agree to these terms. * NOTE TO MIDDLE EAST AND AFRICA SHIPMENTS: Due to your country's postal and customs restrictions, we are NOT responsible for delayed shipments, especially for small one-item packages (shipped thru First-Class International Mail WITHOUT tracking information). It is beyond our control. Returned packages happen. If a package is returned to us, we will only refund the cost of products because postage cannot be refunded. If a package is confiscated, no refund will be granted. * We do NOT ship to South Africa and Nigeria anymore. * NOTE: All prices do not include taxes/tariffs/duties. International customers are required to pay customs taxes if so demanded by your local customs regulations before receipt of package.
