Safe for penis?

hi there, just had a quick question in regards to using this product for the penis. is it safe? what are the possible side effects, if any? has anyone ever used this product on the penis with positive results (testimonials)? will the changes (if any) be permanent?

i have a few spots on the base from shaving that are lighter and then the rest is darker and does not match my legs or even the darkest part of my body...

Other thing, I would like you to understand why skin whitening is not permanent.
