Ms. Maria, i have been using the dermaline skin whitening soap for 25 days now and i read your site that said if you stop using the soap the results will fade.
What i was wondering was how can my skin redarken if i stop using the soap and how can all the dark skin i took all this time to peel off just darken back up again if i stop using the soap.
I was just wondering what if i stop using the soap once i got my desired results? Can i jus wear sunscreen and avoid the sun and only darken a little bit due to a tan or do I have to use this soap to keep or maintain my skin tone, because honestly i cant afford to just keep purchasing items over and over.

Hi Ahijah, here's why skin whitening is not permanent.
Wearing sunscreen will keep the results lasting, can control sun damage but not totally block it.
During winter, one tends to get lighter longer, so wearing sunscreen alone can keep your desired skin tone longer without using any skin lightener. But not permanently.
If you stop moisturizing dry skin, wouldn't it get back to being dry? Or dyed hair will eventually grow back your original hair color? It's the same concept with skin lightening.
Who says maintaining lightened skin is expensive? Maintenance is ony 1-2x a week. Only sunscreen is daily from day 1. :)
