Replacement of whitening pills with vitamins having the same effects

can i take vitamins other than whitening pills that have the same effects (whitening skin ).

Answer:

I'm afraid not, Jasmin. The skin whitening pills are mainly glutathione antioxidants, the only antioxidant that exhibits skin lightening as a side effect, not its main function. Though you can take other antioxidant vitamins that will probably make skin glow, but it cannot necessarily lighten your skin.
