red post acne marks

Hi, will using whitening creams such as Mela*edited* fade red post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation? Or are there any other treatments you reccomend. I have light caucasian skin and due to years of acne I have red spots on my forehead and chin. I live in Australia so it is illegial to use hydroquinone products.
Thanks in advance,
Emma

Answer:

Hi Emma, since you already have the mela*edited", you might as well try it for your skin type. However, make sure skin is free from any signs of irritation, soreness, or redness. Skin whitening products are only recommended under normal skin conditions, or dry and healed skin.
