RED ACNE SPOTS

by Sara
(California, USA)

So i don't have the dark acne post-marks that are brown, i have the ones that are still red on my face. How can i get rid of those quicker? or do i have to wait until they turn brown to start treating them with the lightening cream, because I already use exfoliators that have AHS and BHS...so what can I do to get rid of them faster?

Answer:

Yes Sara, you have to wait if these red acne spots will turn brown or darker before using any skin lightening product.

To get rid of the redness, I believe in tea tree oil. It is a powerful antiseptic and acne healer when used in pure form. Simply dab on the acne spots to heal it faster.

My favorite over-the-counter acne treatment is Neutrogena Pore Cleanser. If you dab the cream directly on the acne, you can feel a light tingling sensation that tells you it actually works to suck up those excess dirt and oil.

Aloe vera also is a natural acne healing wonder. It reduces redness and inflammation in no time.

There are so many ways to heal red acne marks. Choose what's best for your type of skin. :-)
