Realist Goals

Hi Maria, I've spent literally years on your site looking up skin lightening tips, finding suggestions and motivation, etc.
I think to make your site better, it would be nice for people to know what's doable with the lightening process and what isnt't.
For example, I love that you put getting 3 shades lighter or to your orginal skin tone is very doable. However, you should tell people who want to get white skin but have dark brown skin that it's not possible, at least not with the products you offer and probably not safely.
It would also be nice to have a time frame based on people's skin and skin type to have an approximation on how long it takes to see results. You can call it an approximation and it'd be easy to gather this information with a simple poll.
I'd just like people to have realistic goals when they thihnk of the skin lightening process. People have dreams that aren't entirely possible when it comes to whitening their skin so they get easily frustrated.
I hopes this makes sense.

Hi Mira, good point.
Different individuals do indeed have varying goals, and a few want to whiten their skin, which is not actually what this site was built for - but rather to brighten and just lighten skin for self-improvement and/or as dark spot solutions.
You noticed that we do not specifically tell our valued readers that they cannot literally whiten skin as they wished, simply because we do not want to offend them. We just emphasize that achieving 1-3 shades lighter is a more realistic goal, as you stated, and I'm sure they understand what we meant from that without being misinterpreted.
But did you know it is also possible to become so lighter depending on one's skin type? I've seen it, we just don't want to encourage it to keep our objectives ideal.
Probably you missed it, but we do always mention that an improvement can be seen between 1-4 weeks, and that varies between person to person.
And thanks for standing by our side all these years. I take my hats off to people like you who show concern for our fellow individuals who need help. Glad you're part of our family. :)
