Random questions

Maria, after searching others questions via the topics I still have some questions for you...

I had decided I wanted to get all 3 soaps. So I ended up purchasing (and have received) DS Glutathione soap with the lightening cream kit, Black Soap and Papaya Soap.

The main reason was to shed my face of the hideous melasma that has been troubling me for years and I have tried procedures, creams, etc without much success.

1) Does the lightening cream work as well for melasma? Or is the whitening cream better?

2) I have started with the Gluta soap, because it was the most potent, even though the Black soap was recommended for melasma. Will not each of the soaps that I purchased work to help with treating the melasma?

3) Is there a time period one should use for each soap?

4) What is the proper way to store the soaps? Such as does one purchase a soap container?

5) Sunscreen... I use Neutrogena Age Shield Face Sunblock lotion SPF 110 with helioplex. Is this adequate protection?

Thank you so much for your assistance and for your passion to want to help people feel good about themselves.

Michelle

Answer:

Hi Michelle, thank you for your purchase. Allow me to answer your questions as you numbered them -

1. Our treatment for melasma suggestion includes the whitening cream (and the black soap) which contains some sun protection and antiaging properties which is more appropriate for mature skin that is generally affected by melasma. But of course, the lightening cream can work as well. Moisturize as necessary.

2. Either one of the soaps can work for you. Strength can be a factor, but your unique skin type will finally determine which one works best for your skin sensitivity.

3. Up to 4 weeks, or until the soap runs out, is a good time to tell if your skin reacts well with the soap. However, if a negative reaction occurs in the first few days, discontinue use, rest skin for 2 weeks, then try another whitening soap.

4. Simply store at room temperature.

5. If the label says it is broadband spectrum that blocks both UVA abd UVB rays, it's fine.

Glad to help. :)

Maria
